Ken graduated WRAP Facilitator training in
August of 2005. He is a Peer Counselor for
Region Ten's PACT team. He is also
employed as a peer advocate.
Ken has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services

Vicki has worked as a
WRAP facilitator since October 2004. She is employed as the
Program Director for the Mental Health Association of Central VA, one of the 340
local affiliates of the National Mental Health Association. In addition, she serves
as Campaign Director in Central Virginia for the national Campaign for America's Mental
Health.
Prior to working for the MHA, Vicki was employed as Executive Director of a local
ecumenical association, and for 12 years, worked at the local Community Services Board
as a SA Prevention/MH Promotion Specialist. She was one of the first SACAVA Certified
Prevention Specialists in the state.
Vicki's experience includes developing, implementing, and evaluating community and
school-based prevention projects related to substance abuse, crime in low income
housing, teen pregnancy, HIV/AIDS and other STDs, indigenous leaders training, cultural
awareness, and team building. Currently she is involved in the implementation of support
and recovery-based services for persons with persistent mental illness, mental health
public education, and community capacity assessment.
When she's not working, Vicki enjoys singing classical music with two large local
choruses, painting, gardening, and spending leisure time with partner, Peter, and dog,
Maggie at their home in the Amherst County orchard country.
