WRAP Facilitator Training

Facilitator Training 2007:

We are looking at one training in 2007. We have scheduled it for August 5-10 and it will have 7 scholarship slots and 5 sponsored/self pay slots. Peers from any region may apply. Here is the application. The deadline for the August training is July 13, 2007, at 5 p.m. We have not set the location for 2007 as we are still working out the details with the hotel.

Copeland Center

We owe a lot to the Copeland Center and Mary Ellen Copeland. As the developer of WRAP, Mary Ellen provided REACH a way to assist peers in Virginia by allowing us to bring WRAP to Virginia. We are in the process of arrange a WRAP Program Partnership with the Copeland Center. This would allow us to have an April training in addition to our August training.

We are also actively working with the Copeland Center to have some of our facilitators certified as Advanced WRAP Facilitators. The Copeland Center only offers Advanced WRAP Facilitator training once a year, and only 16 participants are chosen. It is a great honor to be accepted into the program.
