The information collected by REACH will be used for arranging WRAP training sessions for interested parties.

Part III.  Access to Information
REACH maintains the accuracy of our information by verifying with the source personally.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find.  This can be done by sending an email to John Otenasek , REACH director.  Users may delete their information from our database by the same way.  This may take up to two weeks.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact REACH by phone, fax or email.  We are committed to resolving disputes within two weeks.
